Nordstroms – Came to Tod with the challenge to streamline their buying process globally. Nordstroms has buyers throughout the world negotiating product purchases. Nordstroms found a product they needed to asses global sales demographics and ROI information in order to start negotiations. The process would take months.
He helped create a program called Skip (strategic customer information program) it databased all purchase information worldwide making the process easier and quicker for buyers. It streamlined the flow of purchasing and distribution.
Tod provided the concept, engineering, development and training.
