Covenant Hills Treatment/Pacific Hills Treatment Centers

Tod was VP for Behavioral Health Client Acquisitions and tuned the company around from being in the RED to Black financially in a single quarter and continued growth  for 14 yrs.

• Managed advertising and public awareness with budgets exceeding 100k per month
• Managed all call tracking, client data management, and protocols
• Worked with all departments and CEO to ensure continuity and client satisfaction
• Oversight of internal and external contracts, negotiations, and budgets
• Contributed to program development keeping service current and attractive
• VP overall client acquisitions for a 40-bed facility in 3 locations, P&L responsibility
• Managed call center with a 1000+ monthly call volume
• Troubleshoot issues with IT, employees, contractors, and vendors
• Extensive experience with all online marketing, paid search and web development tools including Google and WordPress
• Developed and distributed in-house marketing manuals and procedures
• Coordinated conference and association booths, giveaways and media
• Attended conferences, seminars and events to promote Pacific Hills and represent the executive team
